hey guys, im a pastry chef that focused mainly on chocklit cakes and decorated or sculpted cakes. thought it might be a good idea to write some and some here and well, help lighten up the load sometimes =P a pastry chef or more commonly a "bakers" life is not simple as some of you who have no idea how much work is put into this kind of profession. its fun yeah but when you start having your "off" you really try hard not to lose it. so here ill try to let you in on the life of a pastry chef =P
